Terms and Conditions
The initial payment constitutes the client’s acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
If booking with us personally without involving an Agent, we offer special prices. We request a transfer of the deposit (25%) to a designated bank account. Balance of the rental must be received in full 14 days prior to occupancy. On receipt of full payment, you will be provided with parking and keyless entry details.
If full payment is not received, the owner has the right to cancel the booking and attempt to re let it. Where cancellation is caused by the client, the deposit is not refundable unless the apartment is re-let for the period. Individual cases of cancellation after full payment are handled at our discretion.
If booking through an Agent, individual conditions re payment and cancellation may apply.
The owners will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However the owners reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.
To maintain a high standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with.
- Accommodation is for a maximum of two persons only with pets and smoking not allowed. The premises are not suitable for babies/children.
- Parties are not allowed on the deck or in the apartment.
- Damage, breakages, theft and loss are the tenants’ responsibility during their stay.
- On departure the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check-in time is 2.00 pm and check-out time is 10.00 am unless agreed otherwise.
Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing. We recommend all guests purchase travel insurance since management are not responsible for any injuries, illness or accidents that may occur whilst staying at our property.
